Christmas Roast

First, we select an Organic Fair Trade bean and roast it to perfection! Second, we remove it from the cooling drum still 'warm'. Third, while it is still warm and the pores are open, we hand tumble the beans with a special blend of caramel, chocolate, maple and other spices to create the perfect aroma of Holiday Cheer!. Finally, we pack in our vented bags while it is still warm.
